We will snail mail proof of prints with invoice attached once The Sun is on stands. Business managers will stay in constant communication before and after the newspaper is printed.

Newstand display panels offer maximum exposure to consumers. More than 19,000 students and 2,000 faculty pass our 30 newstands daily. Newstands offer direct exposure for your business goals. Review the options below to match your needs.
Individual display panel rates
? 21 newstands are available for advertisements
? After we receive your ad via e-mail, we will be responsible to professionally print your poster in color and place your ad in the newstand of your choice. You can mail your pre-printed posters as long as it corresponds to The Sun?s standard sizes.
? An invoice will be sent to you with a photograph and a negative as display proof.
The Sun offers two standard sizes:
* Broadsheet 13 1/2? X 22 3/4?
* Tabloid 13 1/2? X 11 1/2?
Inserts
Booking Inserts
Inserts must be reserved three days before the Ad Copy Deadline and must be received by the printer no later than seven days before the issue goes to press for a guaranteed insertion. Inserts reserved and not received by these dates may result in a Make Good. A Make Good will be no less than 75 percent of the total insert rate.
Specs
Inserts may be as small as four inches wide by six inches deep and as large as 14 inches wide by 19 inches deep with a minimum of 60 lb. single sheet thickness, 5,000ths of an inch thick. Inserts that exceed these dimensions will be charged a production fee for folding.

Online Rates
Online advertisements rotate throughout the entire site for maximum visibility, unless placement is specifically requested. This feature not available for national advertisements.
These are flats and are not negotiable. No exceptions.
Semester Rate: Banner runs for a semester term, spring or fall, or five continuous months. Banner can be linked to your website.
Rate: $50 per month.
Annual Rate: Banner runs for the full academic year, or 12 months. Banner can be linked to your website.
Rate: $40 per month.
Summer Rate: Banner runs for the entire summer term, June through August. Banner can be linked to your website.
Rate: $30 per month.
Monthly Rate: Banner runs for any 30-day period. Banner can be linked to your website.
Rate: $75 per month.

Staff-Designed Ad
Our graphic staff is available to accomodate to your typesetting, camera work and design needs. A one-time 25% service fee will be added to the cost of the ad.
Small adjustments and/or modifications can be made to your ad upon request with a 10 percent fee in addition to the cost of the ad.

Payment is due 14 days after publication.
Note
Clients booking advertising space with the Pay-In-Advance schedule must pay for the ad in advance. If payment is not received prior to circulation, payment for the ad increases to the Standard Rate at $10 per column inch.
